I understand that by joining KIDesigns, my artwork that I choose to send in will be put up for sale. This means that any art that is one of one will be given to the winner once sold. I also understand that I will get a portion of the sale of my Artwork, with the rest of the proceeds going towards the sustanability and Nonprofit structure of the KIDesigns organization.

I understand that any digital art I may have submitted can be auctioned on more than once and will be printed and distributed at KIDesigns discretion.

I have parental approval to join this organization, including being featured on the KIDesigns website, social media, and other social outlets. I also understand that I will get my own public artist page.

I understand that The KIDesigns Team reserves the right to decide whether or not to showcase my artwork on any platform. This decision is entirely at The KIDesigns Team's discretion and is based on the artwork's appropriateness and the artwork's alignment with KIDesigns’ goals.
